How do I find out about OFD workshops?
Thank you for your interest in Office of Faculty Development workshops. The best way to stay up-to-date about our upcoming offerings is subscribing to our email newsletter. To do so, please email Jonathan Holloway (jphollow@ncsu.edu) and ask to be subscribed to the OFD Newsletter.
How do I register for OFD workshops?
Visit REPORTER to locate and register for any OFD workshops. Search for OFD in Course ID to narrow to our offerings in the Course Catalog.
Where can I learn more about how to use REPORTER?
Please visit the REPORTER Support site for participants.
The registration form mentions “Price.” Does OFD charge for workshops?
No, OFD workshops are always free of charge.
Can I register for multiple workshops at once?
No, you will need to register in REPORTER for each workshop session you plan to attend.
Will I receive a confirmation email after I register?
Yes. The confirmation will be sent to your NCSU email via reporter_registration@ncsu.edu.
Can I cancel my workshop registration?
Yes. Please review the OFD Cancellation Policies prior to canceling your registration through REPORTER.
For NCFDD webinars, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email.

Do I need an NCFDD membership to register for NCFDD webinars?
Yes. If you are an NC State faculty member and have not yet signed up for your FREE NCFDD institutional sub-account, please visit the OFD website for instructions: https://ofd.ncsu.edu/events-and-programs/ncfdd-membership/
I registered through REPORTER for an online workshop. How do I access the session?
Please visit the REPORTER Support site for participants. It is highly recommended that you join any online sessions at least 5 minutes prior to the start time in order to test your device’s audio, video, and connectivity.
